Progressive Yoga for wellness - workshop

January 10th - January 29th on Zoom

Jumpstart your New Year with this 3 week workshop where we meet 3 times per week on ZOOM to stretch your body and relax your mind.  This series begins at a slow pace, which is why it's great for those who maybe have tried Yoga in the past but want to start at a slower pace to  help you build your foundation, root into your stability and find your way to mental clarity.    If you're newer to Yoga or it's been a while since you've practiced, this is a great way to ease back in! 


How to attend class 

 All Classes are currently scheduled on Zoom.


About the cost  

You have an option to purchase the class series for $75.  That's access to 12+ classes that would normally cost over $110.


Time for registration 

All registrations must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the first class.  Register for the series HERE. Registration open until Friday, January 14th @ 6pm


Week 1 

 Choose either AM or PM - EASTERN Time, which fits your schedule?! 

Monday  January 10th, @ 7pm

Wednesday  January 12th, @ 7pm

Friday  January 14th, @ 7pm

Each class working on centering yourself with mindfulness, gradually moving into a slow flow Yoga sequence that establishes your baseline and helps you build on your own individual capabilities from one class to the next to prepare you for the following week. 


Week 2 

Choose either AM or PM, EASTERN Time, which fits your schedule?! 

Monday  January 17th, @ 7pm

Wednesday  January 19th, @ 7pm

Friday  January 21st, @ 7pm

With your foundation laid, we work on tapping into your own personal power. You will learn how you can expand and grow your personal practice and how to root yourself down to rise up.


Week 3 

Choose either AM or PM, EASTERN Time, which fits your schedule?! 

Monday  January 24th, @ 7pm

Wednesday  January 26th, @ 7pm

Friday  January 28th, @ 7pm

Applying what you've learned by using a combination of strength, balance and the wisdom you already possess within.  This final week we will practice a more vigorous sequence that will increase your heart rate but leave you feeling relaxed and accomplished.  


Bonus!  With the purchase of this series, you will also have access to the regular Saturday morning classes!  That's 4 + classes per week!
