Basic Yoga Classes
This is a regular class that happens once per week that teaches the basic foundational poses of Yoga. This class will help you with basic stretching, and subtle challenges to slowly strengthen your body and redirect your mind for clarity of thought and relaxed focus. Workshop
If you're a Yoga beginner and you've been hesitant to take a Yoga class because you didn't know what to expect, this series is just for you! We begin with a discussion for our first session, to get all the questions you have answered and make sure you understand enough to be comfortable. We'll also talk about flexibility and what terms like Savasana and asana mean in a Yoga class. The following weeks we practice real Yoga and learn about how to make modifications and practice mindfulness. We wrap things up with a discussion of the basic history of Yoga and where it came from. Classes take place every week at 7pm for 4 weeks.
How to attend class
All Classes are currently scheduled on Zoom..HOWEVER..
** I do have an indoor space where COVID precautions are taken, that we can use for in-person practice. If this is your preference, please contact me. **
Time for Registration
All registrations and drop-in's must be completed at least 2 hours prior to class.
