Whether you’re looking to reduce stress, build strength, improve mobility, or simply reconnect with yourself, there’s a class for you. Join our supportive Bridge2Yoga community and discover the transformative power of yoga.


At Bridge2Yoga, we strive to create a safe, welcoming space where students can explore and deepen their yoga practice. Our classes support movement, mindfulness, strength, flexibility, and balance, with offerings designed to be accessible for everyone, from beginners to experienced yogis.  No prior Yoga experience required!

Your Membership Includes

  • 10+ live-streamed classes each week
  • Access to special live-streamed meditation events
  • 7-day replay access to all recorded classes and events
  • A supportive online yoga community focused on wellness and growth


Membership Details & Policies

  • Membership is $45 per month and is automatically charged on the same date each month based on your original sign-up date.
  • All membership fees are non-refundable.
  • There are no long-term commitments — you may cancel at any time to avoid future charges.

Yoga is not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. By purchasing a membership and participating in classes, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in yoga activities and assume full responsibility for your participation.


By continuing, you confirm that you are in suitable physical condition to participate in yoga classes and release Bridge2Yoga and its instructors from any liability related to your participation.
