Partner yoga is a practice in which two people support each other in a way that enhances postures and builds trust and communication and understanding of one another. It's less about flexibility and more about coordination and working with a partner to assist each other in providing balance in a pose while establishing and maintaining proper body alignment. When trying to make some tough life decisions and friends tell you to "trust your gut, what do your instincts tell you?" - Do you struggle with trying to decide which thought to follow, which solution is actually following your gut? If so, this workshop is for you!
Mastering your intuition involves developing a connection with your inner self, trusting your instincts, and cultivating a heightened awareness of your thoughts and feelings. The objective of understanding your intuition helps you overall, to see your own long term goals and align your thoughts to move you towards your hearts desire.

How does intuition show up in the body.
How can we understand WHEN our intuition is trying to guide us.
When the head and the heart are disconnected, what do you listen to, how does this play a part in your intuition.

Intuition plays a crucial role in decision-making and navigating the complexities of life. Intuition can provide a holistic understanding of a situation by integrating emotional, social, and experiential aspects. It goes beyond logical analysis, offering a more comprehensive perspective.
Learn techniques to tune into and nurture your inner world so you can feel better living in the outer world. Most of the time, our outer world is a reflection of what's going on inside of us. Sometimes we need help to develop the skills to self regulate and learn how to be more present and work past our triggers. This style of wellness coaching uses the 3 Wisdom Traditions of modern psychology, Yoga therapy, and Ayurveda to create a wholistic approach to our lives. This way we look at what's going on in the mind and how that impacts our emotions and physical being. We all process information differently because we all have a different biology and a different biography. We need to take all of this into consideration when look at trying to create a better, healthier environment for ourselves and our wellbeing . With this style of coaching, you learn how to create a pause to make better choices in your life so you can gain more perspective and feel better about living your own truth and being on your own journey.
