The GET UNSTUCK workshop was a smashing success in November! And this will be a 2.0 version as a continuation with a different perspective in dealing with the feelings of being stuck. New information presented with a twist on how to move past the feelings of stagnation we all experience in our lives. There will be a sampling of Yoga to stretch and yawn the body before we start our discussion of what it means to feel stuck, how we get stuck in our lives and share perspectives. We'll take a break in the middle and have refreshments before continuing on with a little movement and a short guided meditation and wrap up with solutions and tools to use in our daily lives to get unstuck. It's my intention that you will leave feeling refreshed, connected to a new community.

And if you have any questions about how Yoga can help you in your life, please bring your questions. I can make recommendations on postures for issues with weak knees, shoulders, ankles and even face Yoga.
I'll also be taking cash donations for the Raleigh Womens Shelter. 100% of your donation goes directly to the women in need. 💜. I'll be there until noon, so if you're out and about, come check us out!
While you're out running your Sunday errands and before dinner.. stop by and have a coffee or tea and a chat! I'd love to meet you and hear about your experience or impression of Yoga, Yoga Therapy and Wellness coaching. Maybe discuss a little philosophy or answer any question concerns. Also, as some of you know, I've been volunteering down at the Wake County Womens Shelter for the past 2 years and they are in much need of winter items. Bring your clothing donations! Clean out your closets and search for those winter weather - warm clothing items you don't wear any longer. Or check out the supply list of what's needed and I'll be happy to deliver it all for you. Learn techniques to tune into and nurture your inner world so you can feel better living in the outer world. Most of the time, our outer world is a reflection of what's going on inside of us. Sometimes we need help to develop the skills to self regulate and learn how to be more present and work past our triggers.
